PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Our diamonds are “subject to availability”. We have an extensive inventory of high-quality diamonds on offer, however, there might be a possibility that the diamonds selected by you might have been sold out earlier, in that case, if there is a slight delay in fulfilling your order, we humbly request you to bear with us. We assure you that such situations will be addressed with a sense of urgency and your order will be fulfilled as soon as possible. This is our guarantee.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

• The price of the diamonds gets fixed only after the order is confirmed. Therefore, prior to confirmation of order, the price of the diamonds are subject to change. 
• We, by confirmation, mean that we work on an “advance payment” basis. We request you to make full payment for your order within 5 business days from the day of order placement, only after you have made full payment, your order stands as confirmed.
• We consider business day to be Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm local time. This excludes weekends and public holidays.
• Post confirmation, we will email you a soft copy of the invoice.
• We will also send you the hard copy of the invoice with your courier.
• For international orders, we transact in US Dollars only.
• For shipments to destinations in India, the Goods and Services Tax (GST) mandatory under of taxation laws established by the Government of India, will be applicable. For such shipments, we will accept payments in the Indian Rupee (INR).
• If you happen to opt for diamonds under 0.30 carats and wish to get it certified by an internationally recognised gemological laboratory, we will get the diamonds certified and this service is complimentary. You will not have to bear any additional charges for the same.

SHIPPING

• Your courier will be delivered to your doorstep by either of our logistic partners namely BVC Logistics, Brink’s or Sequel Logistics.
• Our logistics partners will cover the door to door insurance.
• We will bear all the shipping costs from our head office in Kolkata, India till the nearest international airport. Going forward, the buyer will have to bear all the costs incurred right from unloading the courier at the destination airport to his/her office. 
• We offer complimentary shipping for both domestic and international orders across all invoice values.
• If you purchase certified diamonds, The diamond authenticity certificate will be sent along with your courier.
• We reserve the right to refuse shipments to certain international destinations where our logistic partners are not operational.

CANCELLATION

• After your order is placed and confirmed over email, as per policy, we expect you to make full payment within 5 business days. However, post the payment window, if there is no intimation from your end, we will cancel your order.
• Once your order is shipped, it is deemed to have been executed and fulfilled from our end, we will be unable cancel your order post that.

SOHAM GHOSH INTERNATIONAL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY, ALTER DELETE OR MAKE ANY CHANGES TO ITS TERMS OF BUSINESS AND SHIPPING WITHOUT PRIOR INTIMATION. THE TERMS OF BUSINESS AND SHIPPING AFTER ANY MODIFICATIONS, ALTERATIONS AND CHANGES WILL BE APPLICABLE WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.
